Cooperation is a unique scheme which gives GROW the opportunity to work in partnership with other Local Action Groups both locally and across Europe to implement projects which will mutually benefit our rural areas.

GROW is currently working on 3 Cooperation projects:

Lough Neagh Tourism Accessibility Project – this project aims to install new capital infrastructure around Lough Neagh and promote the Lough to encourage more tourism visits in the area.  It is currently at pre-development stage, hoping to commence implementation in mid-2019.

Rural Craft Project – working with partners in Finland, this project aims to link crafters in the partner areas to exchange skills and test trade in the European Market place.  The project is also exploring the potential to set up a craft hub in rural Antrim and Newtownabbey.

Yellow Frames – at a very early stage, GROW is hoping to work with other Local Action Groups in Northern Ireland to set up a tourism tour-style project during 2019.
