Doagh, Toome & Whitehead Masterplans

Carrickfergus Borough Council was awarded funding to commission individual Masterplans for the villages of Doagh, Toome and Whitehead. Following public consultation and months of hard work from local people and stakeholders, the Village Masterplans for Doagh, Toome and Whitehead have now been finalised and are available to view on the GROW website. The plans are being officially launched at the end of June and community consultation was a vital part of the process, so thank you to all who aired their views and helped the consultants put together plans that reflect the needs and vision of the local villages.
