With significant growth in the equine industry in Northern Ireland, project promoter, Mark Wilson, a full-time farmer from near Templepatrick saw a gap in the market for a large-scale producer of haylage. His business, Ark-Lyn Products received funding to purchase a haylage baler and set up a new shed to house this element of the business. Ark-Lyn products featured at the 2007 Balmoral Show, showcasing their haylage products.

Our appearance at the Balmoral Show raised the company profile and we hope this will help our business grow.”
