Plant your tree for the Jubilee!
Celebrate the Queen's historic 2012 Diamond Jubilee and help plant six million trees! Carrickfergus Borough Council and the Woodland Trust invite you to make your mark at Northern Ireland's 'Diamond Wood' - land just outside Whitehead. Events include: Tree planting; arts and crafts; storytelling; face painting and more! All free of charge. Click here to download the flyer.

Wrap up warm. Bring stout footwear and a spade (if you have one!) Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Park at Blackhead Path or Whitehead Recreational Grounds and take the free shuttle bus.
